Details

The clock shows wrong time, an hour ahead. Shows the correct time after connecting to the Internet.
My time zone is GMT +2.

Is this in live-mode? Time is set by default for Vancouver/Canada.
If this is for an installed system, then do you dual-boot with windows?

Hmm, I think this is caused by wrong information provided to Linux that your BIOS clock is running UTC time.
Check out /etc/rc.conf file, HARDWARECLOCK variable should point to "localtime" or "" and NOT the "UTC".
