Bundle System - Enjoy our Click'n'Run Apps!
The Chakra Software Bundling System is the best way (we think) to enjoy your favirite apps in a pure environment,
without actually installing any file into your system. This has a lot of benefits, listed elsewhere.

Simply click on the downloaded .cb file, and enjoy your application. No more "next-next-finishes with tons of tricky nonsense", or Finder view's open while running public apps. Just the app.
A Bundle is a squashed filesystem, an ISO-like image with all the files needed to run your app. Once you download your bundle and you click it, CInstall will be launched, doing some first-run operations, like install any needed dependencies from our repos, create the needed entries in Kickoff, the appropriate mime types, move the bundle to the local bundles repostory, create the dektop icon, and finally launch the bundle all in one click!
How it works? Chakra provides some diferent types of bundles but you don't need to deal with this, CInstall detects the bundle type and manages it usually creating a loop and mounting the bundle as a virtual filesystem, you never will experience delays launching a bundle as they run fast as any other normal app. Native bundles saves its configuration like any other app inside your home folder, and the chrooted ones, inside the bundle itself.
Chakra Linux provides additionally a package called Gtk-integration for integrate your bundles and/or Gtk apps installed from the CCR, it includes a nice icon theme, a widget theme and an app for change your Gtk fonts, install it with CInstall to enjoy your bundles with a well integrated look & feel in your Plasma Desktop.
